Coming from a Haysi guy here Phil is a good coach and there is no question about that whatsoever...is he a good person and role model? Well thats a completely different question and not for me to decide anyway. I guess everyone can draw their own conclusions.

Who has been saying Haysi is a GREAT team? I may have missed something I guess. To me GREAT is a big word.
